Our Story
Connecting Hearts, Sharing Wisdom
My Family of Elders Intergenerational Programs was derived from the founder's experience in researching her family history which led to the published book "My Family of Elders". Every one has a story to tell, and the stories of our ancestors are ones to be told and shared across the generations. The experience of learning from one another across all ages is a thing of beauty! Our intergenerational programs gently bring younger and older generations together, nurturing understanding and heartfelt connections. We believe everyone has something valuable to share, and our activities create safe spaces for meaningful exchanges. By encouraging shared experiences, we help foster a caring community where all ages feel welcomed and valued. Together, we're building bridges of empathy, compassion, and lifelong learning.
